Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the QA strategy and execution across multiple banking applications including core banking, mobile banking, internet banking, and payment and regulatory systems
  • Manage Functional, Integration, Accessibility, Compatibility, Regression testing activities at program/tribe level
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other teams to ensure test coverage of business-critical and regulatory scenarios
  • Oversee test automation initiatives using industry-standard tools and frameworks
  • Ensure traceability of test cases to business and regulatory requirements and for audit, Sox, Risk controls
  • Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Prepare and present test metrics, risk assessments, and quality reports to senior stakeholders
  • Coordinate with external vendors and third-party systems for end-to-end testing
  • Ensure testing processes comply with internal audit and external regulatory standards
  • Develop a team of internal and external test engineers

Qualifications

  • Degree in STEM or higher
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4 years in as test manager role
  • Proven experience in banking or financial services domain
  • English C1 level
  • ISTQB Advanced Test Manager Level certification or equivalent

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with test automation tools and test management platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps Test Plan)
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with testing APIs, microservices, cloud-based banking platforms
  • Knowledge of business and operational processes of the bank
  • Manage teams and people
  • Build relationships and care network management
