Ecommerce Lead : Drive Business Growth

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in ecommerce, with a strong focus on commercial plans, campaign execution, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement commercial plans to achieve turnover and margin targets.
• Coordinate daily with the Performance Marketing team and local agencies to achieve results.
• Direct management and coordination of the dedicated e-commerce team.

Qualifications

• Excellent teamwork skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience in managing a team.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics 360 and similar analytical tools.
• Proficiency in the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Minimum of five years' experience in ecommerce, preferably in the premium sector (ideally beauty and fashion).
