Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for distributors, installers, and end-users via hotline and ticket systems.
• Troubleshoot onsite and support pre-sales activities.
• Deliver impactful training sessions
• Collaborate with a dynamic, multinational team and travel across Europe to share knowledge and expertise.

Experience Required

• Previous experience in technical support or after-sales roles in PV / ESS / O&M (inverter experience is a plus).
• A passion for clean-tech and a fast-learning mindset
• Willingness to work from the Milan office at least 3-4 days per week
