Executive & Personal Assistant

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to a senior Executive.

This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

The candidate will mainly handle the following tasks:

• Managing the personal and business agenda of the Executive;
• Mastering the agenda and complex travel plans of the Executive;
• Event and Hospitality management for internal and external events;
• Drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of the Executive;
• Taking on special projects and new activities proactively and independently;
• Maintaining various records and documents;
• Serving as a point of contact with senior Executives and Assistants in global HQ and Offices, ensuring excellent information flow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in assistant and/or hospitality/event planning roles at the executive level within large intercultural corporations;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Team-oriented attitude to foster connections within the team;
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and style;
• Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information;
• Proficiency in PC and main software applications;
• Fluent in English and Italian.
