Corporate Legal Expert

We are looking for a Corporate Legal Expert to join our team.

• Summary of Responsibilities
• Ensure timely regulatory enquiries;
• Providing consultancy and assistance on the administrative liability of companies pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 / 01;
• Assistance and consultancy in relation to GDPR : drafting of data processing agreements, privacy notices, releases and related contractual clauses;
• Drafting and revision of national and international contracts in support of all corporate functions;
• Legal support to corporate functions in different areas, in order to solve different legal issues and ensure the correctness of commercial initiatives with respect to current legislation and corporate guidelines;
• Implementation, adjustment and updating of Group policies;
• Drafting of company minutes, keeping of company books, preparation of powers of attorney and proxies;
• Support to technical bodies for the management of intellectual property.
• Skills and Requirements
• MSc Law degree or equivalent qualifications;
• Approximately 5+ years' experience gained within structured industrial companies or within top law firms to provide specialized advice on the indicated legal areas;
• Hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Good communication skills in English;
• Solid analytical skills.
