Temporary Spa, Agenzia per il Lavoro leader in Italia, filiale di Pavia, is looking for a dynamic, sunny, and passionate barista to join a young, stimulating, and growing environment in the heart of Milano.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of coffee, cappuccinos, and hot beverages according to company standards.
• Service at the counter and handling orders.
• Cash handling and financial transactions.
• Maintenance of order and cleanliness of the counter and workspace.
• Ensure courteous and professional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Requirements

• Some experience as barista or bar waitstaff.
• Excellent relational skills and customer orientation.
• Speed, precision, and ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and personal care.
• Team spirit and positive attitude.

Technical and transversal skills

• Basic knowledge of coffee extraction techniques.
• Familiarity with basic cocktail preparation and coffee machine operation.
• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Working hours

Monday – Friday from 10:00 to 14:00.
