Sales Manager

to join their team in Italy and drive growth within the dairy category.

The Role

This is a high-impact, high-visibility position — ideal for a commercial leader ready to challenge the status quo, accelerate category performance, and establish themselves as a future leader within the organisation. You will take ownership of B2C sales strategy, deliver ambitious growth plans, and work cross-functionally to maximise brand presence and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver sales growth within the dairy category across Italy.
• Drive B2C commercial strategies to increase market share and category penetration.
• Partner with marketing, supply chain, and leadership teams to align execution with business objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities for channel expansion.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts, monitor performance, and adapt plans to ensure results.
• Act as a category ambassador, challenging existing approaches and driving innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of proven success in FMCG or food sales.
• Solid B2C commercial expertise, ideally within the dairy sector.
• Degree in Economics (mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proactive, energetic, and adaptable leader with the hunger to grow within an international organisation.
