Responsibilities

  • Participate in menu changes with the Executive Chef, contributing to a unique culinary experience.
  • Maintain speed and precision on the pass, ensuring every dish is perfect and complies with the Group’s recipes and standards.
  • Guarantee operational excellence: hygiene standards, staff readiness, and consistent quality controls.
  • Manage food cost efficiently—zero waste, accurate inventories, and on‑time ordering.
  • Plan, organise, and lead the brigade with energy and precision.
  • Train and mentor the team each day, conveying passion and professionalism.
  • Create a harmonious and stimulating work environment through strong leadership.
