In this highly dynamic and professional environment, HSPI is looking for a Technology Infrastructure Project Manager to join its Healthcare division.
Responsibilities
- Planning and supervising cloud-to-cloud and on-premises-to-cloud migration projects.
- Monitoring project progress and resolving any issues, ensuring that objectives are met and the service is efficient.
- Facilitating project activities by acting as a key point of contact between project stakeholders.
- Understanding customer needs and communicating requests to the work teams.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of the ITIL and/or COBIT framework (ITIL Foundation certification or similar is desirable).
- Knowledge of service and project management tools (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Sysaid).
- Project planning and management skills.
- Problem solving and risk management skills.
- Previous experience in information systems or IT consulting.
The ideal candidate is a proactive person with good interpersonal and communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow.
Education: Diploma or degree in technical, scientific, engineering, or economics disciplines.
