Contract Duration – 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, routers, switches, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, system upgrades, and health checks.
• Document all support activities, service reports, and issue resolutions.
• Coordinate with remote teams for advanced troubleshooting.
• Train users on new systems, equipment, and best practices.
• Ensure all service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
