As we strengthen our footprint in Southern Europe, we’re looking for a Technical Service Engineer in Italy to deliver top‑tier service and technical expertise to our growing network of partners and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver expert, solution‑driven technical support to our professional customers and partners.
• Conduct engaging training sessions to empower installers and internal teams.
• Manage RMA requests with speed and precision to keep customer satisfaction high.
• Drive service optimization, improving response times, parts usage, and cost‑efficiency.
• Track and report service KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

Pre‑Sales Support

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during customer meetings and project planning.
• Prepare compelling technical proposals, system designs, and product presentations.
• Ensure all technical solutions meet local regulatory and grid requirements.
• Monitor local market trends and share insights with R&D, product, and marketing teams.
• Support our presence at trade shows, technical workshops, and partner events.
• Provide hands‑on support during on‑site installations and commissioning when needed.

Requirements

• Based in Italy with the ability to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.
• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (renewable energy specialization is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, engineering, or field services, preferably in the solar, energy, or electrical sectors.
• Technically skilled, solution‑oriented, and a natural communicator with a customer‑first mindset.
• Adaptable and proactive, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
