Key Responsibilities

• Helpdesk support and remote problem solving
• Identify and offer the right spare parts to customers
• Collaborate with service offices and R&D for issue resolution
• Conduct maintenance, inspection, installation, and training visits

What We’re Looking For

• Team player with coordination skills
• Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic
• Problem‑solving skills and technical understanding
• Fluent in English; Spanish and French are a plus
• Proficiency in Navision and Microsoft Office
