Community Support Worker for Meath @ Home Care team

Desired Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in aged careis essential;
• Certificate IIIin Aged Care/ Individual Support/ Health Service Assistanceis essential;
• An understanding of dementia and mental health;
• An outgoing and friendly personality;Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations;
• The skills to be adaptable to suit the needs of the residents;
• A current National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months) and a visa with working rights in Australia are essential for this role.
• Covid Vaccination and Current Flu Vaccine are essential for this role.
