As CRO Order Manager

As CRO Order Manager you will work in the team of Commercial Service - Component Repair & Overhaul (CRO) and will report to the Contract Manager (CM). You will support the Program Manager (PM) in the administration of Commercial business interacting with all other Functions to ensure the deliverables of Contract improving Customers Satisfaction and guaranteeing the business continuity. Cooperate with cross functional team to deliver on the assigned programs deliverables within the terms and conditions of the purchase orders.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

Customers Purchase Orders analysis and management to ensure its compliance to Contracts requirements

Components induction (MIL) and flow down to all stakeholders of Customers PO through the company Standard Work tools (i.e. GE Workflows BPM etc.)

Manage the internal DataLake and Databases with Excel tools keeping record of all process steps

Issue the Cost Estimation for Customers approval; managing the archive and ensure correct flow down of Customers disposition to all stakeholders

Issue Invoice for services performed iaw approved quotation and / or applicable Price Catalogue guaranteeing the invoices compliance to the scope of work in Customers PO

Perform as interface between the customer and the internal business team managing the transfer of information and requests

Assure timely resolution of issues keep the customer advised of the progress of the program and support PM for changes variations solutions to issues

Responsible for adherence to contract service operations and performance specifications as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract

May also support proposal and negotiations

Interface with all Stakeholders to achieve the targets (OTR Key Process Indicator - KPI) and to increase Customers Satisfaction

Produce effective Reporting through the company Tools / Systems : monthly report on the main deliverables of programs / contracts - comparing vs. assigned target (i.e. MIL / month; Quote / month; Invoice / month; etc.)

Qualifications / Requirements

Masters degree in Engineering Economy or related

Previous experience in a similar role

Familiar with Office Programs in particular Excel : ability to realize pivot tables and analytical graphs from data table

Fluency in English and Italian both written and spoken

Work Visa according to local regulation is required
