You in your new role

• Be mentoring and coaching colleagues and students helping the development center to achieve growth target.
• Support and/or contribute to product feasibility studies
• Product definition
• Designing new ICs or part of them
• Act as technical coordinator for all R&D IC development team
• Be the reference point for Analog & Mixed Signal design topics across different projects
• Contribute to the innovation process by generating ideas, patents and propose, collaborate or lead innovation projects
• Develop and share knowledge by networking with other experts at Infineon

Qualifications

• A university degree in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics or similar field of studies
• 15+ years of experience in IC development as Analog & Mixed Signal Designer
• Deep Understanding of HV CMOS and/or BCD technologies and related capabilities and limitations with ability to perform architecture design and feasibility analysis
• Consolidated knowledge of basic IC building blocks such as voltage regulators, amplifiers, charge pumps, AD/DA conversion, oscillators, etc.
• Deep knowledge on ESD and EMI requirements
• Risk mitigation attitude, focus on quality and effective ability to write reports and technical documentation
• Effective communication skills in English
