Process Innovation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Innovation Leader to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the development and optimization of cutting-edge technologies aimed at advancing the energy transition agenda.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate a group of process engineers assigned to the project, ensuring costs optimization.
• Interface with other discipline leaders and vendors for process-related activities.
• Participate in multidisciplinary reviews such as plot plans, Hazop, and 3D models.

The Process Innovation Leader can be assigned to large-size or high-complexity projects as a support to the Process Manager for the management of a specific portion of related process activities.

Requirements :

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, with over 8 years of experience in similar roles.
• Advanced knowledge of production processes, production methods, and technologies.
• Skills in the use of process simulation software (ASPEN, HYSYS, others).

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
