Lead Innovation and Excellence in EU Public Sector Consulting

KPMG is a leading global professional services firm serving public, private, and non-profit organizations across various sectors.

Leveraging international experience with the European Union, World Bank, United Nations, and others, KPMG Italy provides services to international public institutions, focusing on structural reforms, strategic studies, digital transformation, and operational excellence.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include :

• Participate in EU projects, focusing on EU studies and Better Regulations, as well as other EU initiatives.
• Support project management and coordinate activities for project implementation.
• Collaborate with team members to disseminate knowledge on EU policy and methodologies.
• Conduct and coordinate data analysis, including market analysis, CBA, cost assessments, and indicator frameworks.
• Support business development activities related to EU policy and regulation studies.
• Assist in tender drafting, resource coordination, and analysis of policy contexts for EU tenders.

Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics

This successful candidate has :

• A master's degree in EU policies, Public Policy, International Relations, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in EU policy studies or working with EU institutions.
• Strong analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative data activities.
• Experience with international institutions or consulting firms, familiar with international environments.
• Positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and comfort in multicultural settings.
• Excellent command of English and Italian; knowledge of additional EU languages is a plus.
