We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in the Fermo and province store.

Location: Fermo e provincia

Working hours: at least 21 hours per week on shifts.

Contract: initial fixed‑term contract of six months.

Legal requirement: registration on the targeted placement list for people with disabilities (art. 1, ref. legge 68/99).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to discover our collections.
• Set up the store following visual merchandising guidelines.
• Restock your department ensuring product presentation enhances the product.
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets for the store.
• Promote a customer‑centred approach, with deep knowledge of our products and fabrics.

Qualifications

• Similar experience in retail.
• Creative, sales‑oriented approach.
• Interest in fashion or jewellery retail.
