Overview

We are looking for a junior professional to support daily office operations related to production coordination, supplier management, and organizational tasks. This is an office-based, back-office role, ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the field of production and operations. Our projects are mainly in the fashion, advertising, and film industries, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with studios bookings and scheduling of productions
  • Coordinate with suppliers (equipment, catering, services)
  • Draft and manage documents, emails, and internal communications
  • Support with pantry and office supplies management
  • Update and maintain information in our management software and contacts database

What we are looking for

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with digital tools; quick learner with new systems
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
  • Previous experience in an administrative, office, or coordination role is a plus but not mandatory
  • Interest in fashion, advertising, or film production is highly valued
