Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Production Coordinator, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain operational the system for cheese dairy quality assurance and related certifications;
  • Manage tools (calibration and maintenance) and services (waste disposal, etc.);
  • Perform pre-operational, operational, and post-operational controls as per procedures for the product and process;
  • Retrieve the sample for analysis;
  • Enter orders into SAP.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Food Science and Technology, Agriculture, or related fields;
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in similar roles within food processing plants;
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, process analysis, procedures, and quality control techniques, as well as current regulations;
  • Knowledge of English (at least B1); knowledge of French is a plus;
  • Determination, proactivity, and autonomy in managing activities;
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving orientation, and goal-oriented work approach;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and teamworking attitude.
