Reporting to the Senior Production Coordinator, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Maintain operational the system for cheese dairy quality assurance and related certifications;
Manage tools (calibration and maintenance) and services (waste disposal, etc.);
Perform pre-operational, operational, and post-operational controls as per procedures for the product and process;
Retrieve the sample for analysis;
Enter orders into SAP.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Food Science and Technology, Agriculture, or related fields;
At least 3 years of professional experience in similar roles within food processing plants;
Knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, process analysis, procedures, and quality control techniques, as well as current regulations;
Knowledge of English (at least B1); knowledge of French is a plus;
Determination, proactivity, and autonomy in managing activities;
Analytical mindset, problem-solving orientation, and goal-oriented work approach;
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and teamworking attitude.
