Your Role: As a Finance Controller, your main mission will be to take responsibility for budgeting/forecasting, business case preparation, and driving the financial performance of your business unit as part of a team. Your daily tasks will include:

1. Coordinate the analysis and development of consolidated financials for projects
2. Work with stakeholders to analyze the accuracy and validity of project financials
3. Provide guidance and recommendations to project stakeholders to achieve key performance metrics
4. Support month-end financial closing in the Service Center (variance analysis explanation)
5. Define top line for central forecast (Revenue, Volume, Price)
6. Analyze programs and customer profitability
7. Drive Risks & Opportunities management
8. Support customer negotiations & advise the commercial team to deliver BBP customer results

Your Background:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Finance, or Accounting
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in finance controlling (strongly preferred)
3. Strong results orientation with demonstrated achievements
4. Exceptional planning, organizational, and management capabilities
5. Proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
6. Outstanding teamwork skills and interpersonal communication abilities
7. Fluent in English, both written and verbal
