Responsibilities

  • You will develop and deliver effective training programs to our Italian sales team.
  • You conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in sales skills and knowledge within the team.
  • You develop training programs to address identified needs, including training materials, presentations, and activities.
  • You support the personal and professional development of your trainees, creating a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters growth, confidence, and success.
  • You deliver engaging and effective sales training to individuals and groups of sales representatives through in-person or virtual sessions.
  • You collaborate with sales managers to ensure training aligns with the company\'s sales goals and strategies.
  • You stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques, tools, and technologies to incorporate them into the training programs.

Qualifications

  • Ability to develop and deliver effective (sales) training programs.
  • Experience in sales, preferably B2C.
  • You have a hands-on mentality.
  • Ability to assess performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian, good English skills.
  • Flexibility to work from our office in Milan.
