Executive Assistant, European Books
Amazon EU Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast‑paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support the FRITES and DE Country Managers, as well as the European Books Leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
- Manage domestic and international travel
- Coordinate and submit expense reports
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all‑hands meetings, off‑sites, and team social events)
- Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on pending matters
- Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
- Help develop and maintain new mechanisms within the team
Qualifications
- Experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Ability to juggle multiple requests and meet tight deadlines
- Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Good sense of humor and flexibility to change direction at a moment’s notice
