Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to promote Hanwha brand and increase sales of security products.
  • Achieve sales objectives by analyzing market opportunities and influencing decision makers.
  • Engage in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, sharing market insights with the Product Management team.
  • Manage and develop network of partners within Hanwha's channel partner program, focusing on sales revenue.
  • Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.
  • Engage in end-user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and keep customers updated on products.
  • Expand project pipeline and revenue, create new customer relationships, and report weekly on sales and projects.
  • Conduct customer audits, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches.
  • Focus on product/channel/customer margins, forecasting accuracy, and achieving targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales or business development experience in a demanding environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and prepare professional proposals.
  • Market knowledge within electronic security, IT, and Networking sectors.
  • Experience with CCTV manufacturing is beneficial.
  • Understanding of network video systems and topology.
  • Business or technical degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence.
  • Independent, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
  • Excellent communication skills, project management experience, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English and at least one European language.
  • Valid driving license.

Location:

This role is field-based, ideally residing in Milan or South Italy, with extensive travel within Italy and possibly abroad.
