Italian speaking -Customer Support Representative

Are you an Italian speaker looking for an exciting opportunity abroad? We are hiring Italian Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting a global client in Portugal. Key Responsibilities :

1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
3. Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.
4. Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in Italian (C1 / C2 level)
• Relocation to Portugal is mandatory
• Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Open to relocating within Portugal

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required
