At the St Regis Rome, we are looking for a Recruiting & Training Agent to join the HR Team (temporary contract).
The role will have the main focus on recruiting and hiring activities for the staff line, supporting the management team in sourcing new candidates, screening resumes, schedule interviews and complete the hiring process.
He/She will support the Training Supervisor in the HR soft activities related to Talent and Culture, if necessary, such as training, internal communication and events, in order to promote a positive work environment and employees engagement.
Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude and efficient interpersonal and communication skills. He/She is an open minded person, focused on the HR field, with at least a previous experience in HR soft activities, especially in recruiting process, better if in Marriott hotels.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Welcome and acknowledge all new associates according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Education: Bachelor Degree and master in HR
Related Work Experience: At least 6 months of related work experience
