We are seeking a Tender and Proposal Manager to join our Business Development team.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying and managing tender and competition opportunities aligned with our strategic market positioning. This role demands strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders within tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and analyzing public tenders, invitations, and competitions in line with ACPV’s strategic objectives.
- Assessing the technical and economic viability of participating in tenders or competitions.
- Completing pre-qualification questionnaires (RFQ / PQQ) and ensuring eligibility requirements are met.
- Gathering and verifying all documentation required by tender procedures, including coordination with partners or consultants involved in the bid.
- Drafting tender documentation in close collaboration with the Head of Bidding and relevant Partners.
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring compliance with the tender schedule.
- Submitting complete proposals according to specified formats and timelines.
- Maintaining an internal archive of tender and prequalification documents.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Law, Economics, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within architectural or engineering firms or companies managing complex bids.
- Proven experience managing the full tender process from opportunity analysis to submission.
- Strong knowledge of public procurement regulations and private bidding procedures.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); experience with tender platforms and document management tools is advantageous.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Interest in digitalization with proficiency in data and workflow tools like Power BI, Airtable, etc., is highly valued.
