Job Description:

Gi Group is seeking to hire an Addetto/Addetta alle Vendite appartenente alle categorie protette L. 68 for the branch: La Saponeria. This company offers a friendly and comfortable work environment. Here are some benefits of this role:

You will assist a diverse clientele during their shopping experience, handling tasks such as:

• Shelving, tidying, and restocking merchandise;
• Unloading pallets upon merchandise arrival;
• Providing customer assistance with a consultative approach and ensuring a positive experience;
• Pricing merchandise;
• Setting up display spaces and promotional islands;
• Managing the cash register;
• Handling inventory and reorders.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in similar roles within GDO or retail sectors, or experience in restaurant service;
• Availability to work shifts, including holidays;
• Must be registered with targeted employment lists.

Working Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week, 6 days a week, including split shifts between 08:30 and 20:00, with rotational weekly rest days.

Direct employment contract with the company, initially a 7-month fixed-term at level 5 CCNL DMO, with potential for indefinite stabilization.
