Job Description:

GRS is assisting a corporate services firm in Nicosia to find a Junior Corporate Lawyer. The company offers a range of specialised services to corporate and private clients. If you have a legal background and are based in Nicosia, send us your CV today!

• Review, draft, and prepare various corporate documents.
• Prepare forms and documentation for submission with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, overseas authorities, banks, etc.
• Handle and supervise KYC procedures in compliance with AML and other laws.
• Draft internal documentation, policies, manuals, and related documents in accordance with legislation.
• Review and draft agreements.
• Advise clients on legal, financial, and tax matters.
• Communicate with government offices, financial institutions, and other entities to ensure compliance.

• Degree in Law.
• Knowledge of Cyprus and international corporate law; finance and tax knowledge is a plus.
• 2-3 years legal experience, preferably in corporate services.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Eligible to work in Cyprus.
• Proficient in computer skills.
