Testing Engineer – Electronics

In this role, you will handle system and software testing, support V-Model deployment and help ensure quality and reliability in safety-critical electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Focus on software and hardware quality assurance and system integration
• Define and execute test strategies across system levels
• Manage defect tracking and reporting (Jira and GIT)
• Support ASPICE certification and safety‑critical compliance
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Work with Hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing environments
• Contribute to software release planning and change management

Qualifications

• M. Sc in Electronics / Mechatronics or similar
• Familiarity with laboratory tools such as multimeter, oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc
• Knowledge of V-Model best practices
• Ability to manage system and integration testing effectively
• Confidence in setting up test environments and writing test cases
• Ability to generate clear reports and track defects
• Knowledge of unit testing, ASPICE standards, Jira and Python for automation
• Ability to think analytically and pay close attention to detail
• Nice to have knowledge of LabVIEW and Arduino
• Confidence in collaborating across teams and solving problems proactively
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Strong motivation with the Employeneurship model
