Job Summary

Join to apply for the Senior Sales Executive - Italy (f/m/x) role at Eversports. Our mission is "Make Sports Happen" and we are looking for an energetic ambassador to expand our presence in Italy.

As our ambassador on the ground in Italy, you will strengthen our brand through personal interactions, guide prospects through the sales journey, and convert interest into lasting partnerships.

Full-time (35h/week, every second Friday off)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow Eversports' presence in Italy
  • Engage and qualify prospects in collaboration with the SDR team, ensuring smooth handovers and a strong, well-informed pipeline
  • Deliver tailored product demos that translate the value of Eversports into the specific needs, goals, and challenges of each potential partner
  • Guide prospects through the decision process, building trust through thoughtful follow-up, strong product knowledge, and a consultative sales approach
  • Represent Eversports at local events, fairs, studio visits, and industry gatherings to strengthen visibility and establish meaningful relationships across the Italian sports ecosystem
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to refine our sales approach
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience from first contact to handover, supporting long-term customer success
  • Proactively generate additional demo opportunities through outreach or networking

Profile / Qualifications

  • Native Italian speaker with strong English communication skills
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in SaaS or a digital product environment
  • A track record of converting qualified opportunities into new business
  • A relationship builder at heart—empathetic, curious, and capable of earning trust with both small studios and larger sports providers
  • Proactive, organized, and self‑driven, with a habit of taking ownership and keeping the pipeline clean and structured
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable partnering closely with SDRs and internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospects
  • Genuine passion for sport, fitness, or wellness, paired with an interest in helping sports providers modernise and grow their businesses
  • Experience with CRM systems (we use HubSpot) and a willingness to learn new tools quickly
