Your Contribution to Prysmian's Success
As part of our HR Transmission Department, we are looking for a Training Specialist to join our Headquarters in Milan. Reporting directly to the Transmission HR People Development Manager, you will:
- Collect and analyse training needs in line with business and technical requirements of the Transmission division.
- Co‑design, develop, and deliver technical and soft‑skills training programmes (classroom, digital, blended).
- Liaise with subject‑matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Manage training logistics, scheduling, and reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance data.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records.
What You Will Have the Chance to Do
- Contribute to global Transmission projects by equipping people with the right skills in a fast‑evolving, multicultural environment.
- Ensure training programmes stay aligned with technological and market shifts, while engaging a diverse, geographically dispersed workforce under tight deadlines.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics.
- 3+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or in a similar role within structured and complex organisations (preferably in industrial, engineering or project‑based environments).
- Knowledge of training needs analysis and competency mapping.
- Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programmes (classroom, digital, blended).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Proactive approach and willingness to innovate in learning solutions.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Decision‑making attitude, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong teamwork skills, results‑oriented and ambitious mindset.
