Responsibilities

• Manage and control the payroll process in collaboration with the external provider, ensuring accurate payrolls and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze and monitor personnel costs and monthly variations.
• Prepare reports and KPIs to support management and the Finance area.
• Maintain employee master data and monitor attendance/absences.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Interface with HR, Finance, and Administration functions on payroll and personnel budget matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in structured or multinational environments.
• Excellent Excel skills and data analysis ability.
• In-depth knowledge of personnel cost dynamics and reporting.
• Experience managing relationships with external payroll providers.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Precision, confidentiality, problem‑solving skills, and results orientation.
