About Our Property

Naples Grande Beach Resort, a prestigious property in our portfolio, is located in Naples, Florida. The resort features 474 elegantly appointed guest rooms and 85,000 square feet of meeting space across 35 rooms. It offers a dynamic experience for guests and staff alike, with stunning Gulf of Mexico views and lush tropical landscapes.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

We are looking for someone passionate about the culinary arts to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be creative, motivated, and eager to grow their kitchen skills. Previous professional kitchen experience is required, along with a strong desire to learn, develop skills, and work with the culinary leadership team to create seasonal menus that reflect our restaurant’s concept.

The Cook assists the Chef in producing food for kitchen preparation, cafeteria, banquet cooking, dining room, and fine dining. You will support kitchen staff, maintain production levels, and ensure a clean, safe environment.

Your Role

  • Develop your knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods (grill, sauté, fry)
  • Experience using knives and kitchen equipment, including creating and maintaining workstations with all required ingredients and tools
  • Prepare ingredients, such as chopping and peeling vegetables and cutting meat, while keeping the kitchen sanitized and orderly
  • Ensure consistent food preparation, quality, and storage of ingredients
  • Learn to minimize food waste through cross-utilization and maintain production efficiency
  • Work with a world‑class culinary team to support menu execution and guest satisfaction

What Are We Looking For?

  • Active Food Handler’s certification or the ability to obtain it
  • Willingness to work a variety of day, night, and weekend shifts
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds
  • Minimum age 21 years
  • Desire to exceed expectations and a positive, energetic personality
