We work for premium clients on a selection of deals sector wide. Our Transactions Advisory team is a leading provider of financial due diligence globally and a firm focused on developing fulfilling careers in Transaction Advisory.
A&M provides investors and lenders the answers needed to get the deal done. We combine our firm’s deep operational, industry and functional resources with quality financial accounting and tax expertise to assess key deal drivers and focus on the root cause of critical deal issues. The largest Transaction Advisory practice outside the Big Four, our global teams help private equity, hedge funds and corporate acquirers unlock value across the investment cycle.
