Influx Search is partnering with a pioneering wastewater technology software company to find a Project Manager to oversee the installation and deployment of real-time monitoring solutions across Italy.

We’re looking for a Solution Architect to join their Italian team—someone who combines technical wastewater expertise, data interpretation, and strong customer engagement in a unique, mission-driven role.

You’ll translate raw data into actionable insights, lead technical discussions, and drive the success of deployments across Italy.

This role involves hands-on client project work, collaboration with field engineers and analysts, and shaping how data is communicated, understood, and acted upon by water utilities.

Responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing sensor and operational data to support executive business reviews (QBRs / EBRs)
2. Supporting project delivery from requirements gathering to post-go-live support
3. Working closely with CSMs, data scientists, and implementation teams
4. Delivering insight-driven reports to help utilities make smarter decisions
5. Traveling approximately 30% for field visits, customer onboarding, and workshops

Requirements include strong communication skills—able to simplify technical data for diverse audiences—and proficiency with Excel, dashboards, KPIs (Power BI experience is a plus).
