Description : We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) portfolio and help shape the future of connectivity.

Beontag builds high-performance BLE tags and beacons that deliver real-time visibility and control for complex operations. These products are designed for high-volume tracking and harsh industrial environments, providing precise location data, environmental sensing, and long-lasting performance.

Our BLE solutions empower smarter decision-making, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency across logistics, supply chains, healthcare, and IoT applications. With rugged designs, extended battery life, and seamless integration with open standards, we set the benchmark for reliable, scalable BLE solutions.

As our Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy and roadmap for this cutting-edge portfolio, ensuring it is competitive, profitable, and valuable to customers. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying gaps, guiding development, and steering products from launch through end-of-life. You will collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, engineering, and operations to drive the portfolio forward.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy

  • Define and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the BLE product line and other emerging technologies, aligned with market trends, customer needs, and company objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, technologies, and applications to expand the portfolio.
  • Develop value propositions and positioning for BLE solutions in target verticals.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to translate strategy into actionable product development and commercialization plans.

Product life-cycle management

  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and business case creation, through development, launch, maturity, and end-of-life (EOL).
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and pricing reviews to ensure product competitiveness and profitability.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify improvement areas and guide next-generation development.
  • Drive end-of-life decisions, including phase-out planning, customer communication, and replacement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate product documentation, including datasheets, product guides, and internal training materials.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with product knowledge, competitive differentiation, and customer engagement together with the technical support team.
  • Represent the BLE product line at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality product launches.
  • Track regulatory compliance, quality standards, and certifications relevant to the BLE portfolio.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • Working experience in BLE and knowledge of the current BLE market from product or business development positions.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in wireless communication technologies (BLE, IoT, RFID, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Experience in competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management.
  • Good written and spoken English.

Reporting line : This position reports directly to the Global Product Director.

Location : This position can be based in Finland, Italy, Sweden, or Poland.
