About the role

All within the Controversy team at Bologna, you will handle the following activities:

  • Assistance and representation in court in tax disputes before merit courts and the Court of Cassation.
  • Assistance in short‑term dispute resolution with the Financial Administration.
  • Assistance during tax audits conducted by the Financial Administration (Revenue Agency; Guardia di Finanza).
  • Requests for plea (istanze di interpello).
  • Simulation of tax checks.
  • Review of tax risk control systems.
  • Assistance for procedures concerning international coverage: arbitration agreement and friendly procedures for bilateral treaties.
  • Assistance for tax debt recovery.
  • Assessment of potential liabilities in due diligence and accounting review.
  • Drafting of opinions on tax matters in tax disputes and sanctioning aspects.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in the role.
  • Law degree or master's degree in Economics.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite.
  • Excellent relational and communication skills.
  • Group work and problem‑solving attitude.
