Controller Agricultural Division (w/m/d)
As a Controller for the Agro Business division, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our agricultural value chain by ensuring accurate reporting, providing insightful analysis, and continuous improvement across our Agro operations.
YOUR TASKS
- Operational Controlling:
- Oversee key controlling processes in milk powder production
- Plan, forecast, report for agricultural operations and analyze costs, margins, profitability, and sustainability
- Collaborate with Agro Division decision makers
- Strategic Controlling:
- Prepare and evaluate business cases for new projects, investments, and partnerships, while supporting the development of the Agro strategy
- Business Partnership:
- Support agricultural experts and Agro Business Management
- Translate data into actionable recommendations and promote a controlling culture
- Controlling Excellence:
- Enhance controlling tools and methods
- Promote continuous improvement for operational and financial performance
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- Experience in Controlling (at least 2-3 years), ideally in agriculture, food, or production sectors
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
- Ability to apply pragmatic and solution-oriented thinking to complex controlling challenges
- Capability to think critically, question assumptions, and explore the “why” behind data and decisions
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with Excel, SAP ERP and BI tools is a plus
- Fluent in German, very good knowledge of Italian and English
