Senior Account Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a leading international marketing production agency, working onsite with one of their key global FMCG clients.

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you’ll manage the delivery of complex print, POS and promotional campaigns across European markets — ensuring flawless execution, consistency, and brand excellence at every stage.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for the client, managing briefs from initial concept through to production and delivery
• Oversee the end-to-end management of retail marketing projects including POS, promotional materials, and in-store activations
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Support creative adaptation and localisation of global toolkits for regional markets
• Manage artwork, print, and production workflows, maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, procurement, and agency teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account or project management within retail marketing, print production, or promotional activation
• Background in managing campaigns for FMCG or consumer brands (global or regional level preferred)
• Strong understanding of POS, print, and promotional materials
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — both client-facing and internal
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Fluent in English and Italian
