This position is about more than just maintaining the status quo. As an Director – Customer Partner – IT Services, you'll be at the forefront of driving proactive account growth. You'll focus on not only selling new offerings but also minimizing erosion in renewals, ensuring that our largest accounts continue to flourish and thrive.

You won't just be a cog in the machine; you'll be a strategic mastermind responsible for developing and executing cutting‑edge account strategies. Your expertise will lead to the successful growth and retention of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts. With your sharp eye for identifying and qualifying new opportunities, you'll build relationships with key decision‑makers and deliver tailor‑made solutions that cater to the unique needs of each customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage account P&L for strategic IT services accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth, renewals, and profitability across offerings, including any one of the following IT business areas: Cybersecurity & Resiliency, Data & AI, Cloud Services, Digital Workplace Services (DWS), Mainframe (ZSeries) & Cloud, or Network & Edge.
  • Develop and execute account strategies tailored to customer needs.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities, expanding scope and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, generate new opportunities, and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.
  • Build a strong go‑to‑market pipeline with partners, pursue and conquer new deals.
  • Provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market.
  • Take charge of customer satisfaction, ensuring clients are happy and successful, maintain compliance and reputation.

Who You Are

You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. Equally important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer‑focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience in IT business services, including full account P&L ownership.
  • Proven success in consultative selling and strategic account growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT services components and industry trends.
  • Fluent in Italian and English spoken level.
  • Existing network within the IT services ecosystem is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks.
  • Open‑minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree
  • Sales experience in technical solutions
