Team Assistant – Maternity Cover
Join the Power Cycling Team at Alpitronic. We develop and sell test benches for reliability testing and offer testing services in our in‑house laboratory. We need a team assistant to support organization, administration and inside sales – preparing quotations, order processing, billing, communicating with accounting and logistics, organizing travel and other general tasks.
Your Responsibilities
- Recording and monitoring orders and their status
- Assisting with the preparation of quotations
- Entering and monitoring orders in our ERP system until invoicing
- Assisting with the planning and monitoring of our laboratory operations
- Assisting with the procurement of components
- Organizing the shipment of tested specimens, spare parts, and other deliveries
- General organizational activities for the team
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Completion of a general or commercial high school education, or equivalent or higher education
- Several years of professional experience in administration
- Accurate and reliable way of working
- Good communication skills and customer orientation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of English and German or Italian
