Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is recruiting the Product Sales Specialist Clinical IT for the Solution Design team in Italy. The position is fully remote and part of a global effort to reimagine healthcare, with focus on Clinical IT solutions within the Beckman Coulter Diagnostics portfolio. The role coordinates upstream (product) and downstream (go-to-market) sales, marketing, project management, and post-sales consulting activities for Clinical IT products. This role reports to the Clinical IT Manager.

Responsibilities
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the healthcare IT landscape to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Conduct needs assessments with healthcare professionals and IT departments. Present product demonstrations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, marketing, customer support, and professional services) to ensure a seamless customer experience from pre-sales to post-implementation.
- Manage issues during project implementation and identify corrective actions to meet timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through ongoing follow-up to understand needs and drive adoption of targeted solutions, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted consultant for Clinical IT solutions, sharing ideas for improvements and developments.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of the clinical IT product portfolio.
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT solutions for the IVD market (e.g., lab middleware, LIS).
- Strong customer communication and listening skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Ability to work flexible hours as business needs; willing to travel 50–70% of the time.
