Provide comprehensive design services, project management, purchasing and administrative support to ensure client satisfaction at all times.
Other related duties as requested and assigned.
Education: Four‑year degree in Design from an accredited school or university.
Mandatory Experience/Background: 5 to 8 years of work experience in an interior designer role. Must possess creative skills and the ability to visualize concepts and communicate to others. Must have a valid driver’s license and be proficient (or capable of learning) relevant software programs including Outlook, Design Manager, PowerPoint, CAD viewer and plotting. The ability to read and interpret blueprints is critical. Strong verbal and written communication skills are important. Must be capable of working as an integral part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Superior planning and problem‑solving skills essential.
Desired Experience/Qualifications: ASID or NCIDQ a plus. A keen interest in changing trends in design. Ability to sketch/quick draw is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Will be required to sit at a desk/in front of a computer for extended periods of time. At times may require climbing a ladder during an installation at a completed home.
