Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent (FedEx Project)
We are hiring Italian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support a major logistics project. This is a fully remote position based in Greece, offering stability, training, and performance-based rewards.
Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat in Italian.
Assist with shipment tracking, delivery information, and issue resolution.
Ensure a high-quality customer experience consistent with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on customer cases.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary: 1,100€ gross.
Performance bonus: Up to 15% of monthly salary.
Salary increase: Raises to 1,150 € gross after 36 months.
