We are seeking, on behalf of a leading company in the development of advanced technological solutions for Radiotherapy and research Radiotherapy, a Middle-Level Commercial Manager to join their team.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the sales of electromedical equipment, preferably linear accelerators, with the possibility of providing references.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a technical degree in the medical field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering).
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with creating and managing sales budgets and drafting industrial plans.

Additional Preferred Skills

  • A Master’s degree in Marketing or similar disciplines will be an advantage.
  • Prior knowledge of linear accelerators will be regarded as a strong asset.
  • Understanding of procurement regulations and processes.
  • Proficiency in a second language will be considered a plus.

Location

Headquarters in Roma with the possibility of occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

  • Actively update and maintain knowledge of current and future products.
  • Establish sales strategies in agreement with company leadership to achieve, and potentially exceed, sales targets across European and global markets.
  • Analyze and update existing collaboration agreements with European and international agencies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Seek new business opportunities by identifying and recruiting distributors and agencies where not yet present.
  • Oversee the revision and enhancement of promotional materials, including brochures and the company website.
  • Build and manage a commercial team, including the recruitment of marketing professionals and a multilingual assistant.
  • Maintain regular contact with the scientific committee to align commercial efforts with research initiatives.
  • Provide weekly sales reports and performance analyses directly to company leadership.
  • Review and negotiate sales contracts for distributors and agencies worldwide.

Contract Type

Full-time employment, with a formal agreement based on the candidate’s experience and skills.

Working Hours

Full availability required, with flexibility for international communication and coordination.
