Manpower is seeking a professional for a client company, a dynamic and growing company in the services sector located in Brescia. The candidate will report directly to the CFO and will be responsible for the following activities:

Main responsibilities and activities:

  • Administration
  • Management of receipts and payments
  • Preparation of deadlines
  • Back office for divisions Insurance, IT, and Processes
  • Phone and email interface with clients and suppliers
  • Registration and management in the ERP system
  • Contract compliance control
  • Preparation of documentation for sales
  • Secretarial activities for the CEO

Role objectives:

  • Autonomy in managing assigned tasks
  • Support to the CFO
  • Management of clients (prompt, qualitative, and professional service)
  • Compliance control
  • Organizing and improving administrative organization

The ideal candidate possesses teamwork skills, passion, dynamism, and curiosity.

Work location: Brescia

Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We offer a permanent contract directly with the company; salary will be evaluated based on experience.
