  • Translate complex data into compelling visual stories using Power BI and SQL-based analysis.
  • Bridge business and technical teams by documenting requirements, transformations, and outputs to facilitate smooth data flow across systems and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and improve data quality, governance, and reliability, ensuring a single source of truth for business reporting.
  • Support forecasting and performance tracking processes, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with the wider Data & Technology Teams to enhance TLG’s data architecture and analytics capabilities.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably within e-commerce, fashion, or retail environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and approach challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset - taking ownership and driving initiatives proactively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for leveraging data to drive business performance.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling techniques.
  • Proven experience in data storytelling, visualization and working with analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Google BigQuery, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with working with large, complex datasets. Experience in application of AI in workflows or projects.
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to translate data into clear business narratives and actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across teams and functions.

Nice to have
