We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ENGINEER to join our team as a PROGRAM MANAGER. This role involves overseeing and coordinating engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management in the fast-paced motorsport and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and testing.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables.
• Assist in risk management and problem-solving activities.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within project processes.
• Manage applications for public innovation funding, collaborating with the engineering team to analyze projects and produce necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or a related discipline.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
