Role Responsibilities

• Second-level support on applications and hardware
• Use of ticketing systems to manage requests
• Guidance and consulting for clients, opening tickets, and resolving issues
• Remote training/demos for clients on applications, combining training sessions with technical analysis and requirements gathering
• Support to the development team for bug fixing (data analysis and manipulation on databases, reverse engineering of code to identify bugs, providing suggested solutions)
• Potential to lead projects as Project Manager if suitable skills are demonstrated

Job Requirements

Primary Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in the sector
• High school diploma (preferably in IT or classical studies), a degree in Computer Science is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, passion for web, experience with CRM tools and customer service platforms

Secondary Requirements

• Knowledge of Asp.net, C#, CSS, HTML, Javascript, MS SQL is appreciated
• Problem-solving skills, teamwork, flexibility, interpersonal skills, good communication, proactivity, autonomy, stress management
